Returns
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase. The costs of the return are your responsibility. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days (we will use the same payment method you used when placing your order).
Please note that:
- You can return any Clay And Glow product within 60 days, even if it has been used. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but the product must be at least 50% full.
- If you return individual products from your bundle, we will charge the full price for the individual products. The bundle discount will no longer apply.
- Empty products will not be accepted and are not covered by the return policy.
- If you choose to return an order that came with a free gift, we kindly ask that you also return the gift. We trust you understand that these gifts are provided as a special bonus with your purchase. If you choose not to return the gift when returning your order, we reserve the right to charge you for the value of the gift.
- We can only accept returns for orders placed on our website (www.clayandglow.com). Orders placed on third-party websites/stores cannot be refunded.
- If we do not receive a return notification, we unfortunately cannot process the return, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- We can only issue a refund once we have received your returned products.
You can return your order within 60 days. To initiate your return, we will need your order number and postal code. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email. If your return meets all the above requirements, click on the link below to start your return.
TIP: Make sure you pack the shipment carefully. We advise you to use the same package in which your order arrived. Some of our products are made of glass and are therefore fragile. Please ensure that you pack the products carefully, as we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment.
