If you don't know which products would suit your skin, don't worry! We created a skin test to help you out, you can take the test here.

My Pink Clay Mask is very dry, what should I do?
If the Pink Clay Mask looks or feels dry, add a little water to the mask and mix it well. Keep adding a little water until the mask has the desired consistency.
My Pink Clay Mask has two different colors, what should I do?
The Pink Clay Mask is made with natural ingredients, which may cause the color to separate from the clay in the mask. This can easily be resolved by shaking the mask well before use or stirring the mask with a clean, dry brush.
The pump of my product is not working, can I get a new one?
Yes, we can send you a new one. Send an email to hello@clayandglow.com so we can help you out!
Are there products that can't be returned?
Yes, there are some products that are excluded from the return policy. We do not accept returns for products that are sanitary goods such as the Face cloth and the cleansing pad. The gift card is also exempt from being returned.
Can I test a product before buying it?
You can test our products at ICI Paris XL before deciding to buy them. Enjoy trying them out!

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is shipping Free?
This depends on the Country you are ordering from and the order amount. In The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the UK shipping is free above €60,-.
Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?

Where does my shipment come from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
If ordering from an European country, you will not have to pay import taxes since Clay And Glow is located in Europe. For all other countries, import taxes may apply.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 60 days. You can find our complete return policy here.
How do I retun my order?
If you want to start your return, you will need your order number and postal code. You can find your order number in your shipment confirmation email. If you have these two, you can start your return here.
Can I return my order after 60 days?
Our return policy lasts 60 days, after this time period it is no longer possible to return your order.
I have opened the product, can I still return my order?
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The product must also be in the original packaging. If you have, opened the product, it is not possible to return it.
