During the cold winter months we need to take a little extra care of our skin. Here are some of our tips you can use for an effective winter skincare routine, so that you can feel your best all winter long.

It is always important to listen to what your skin needs and responds to. When you feel as if your skin needs a change, you can usually solve this by either changing your skincare routine or adding one or two products. The foundation of your skincare routine is very important. Always use a daily cleanser to remove any excess oils or dirt from your skin. Then follow with an exfoliant to remove any dead skin cells and finally moisturize your face to get that ultimate GLOW!

Skin Care Hack #1: Limit shower time and temperature

We all love a good hot shower during these cold months, but keep in mind it will dry out your skin and even strip away the natural oils your skin needs to maintain proper moisture levels. We know it’s tempting babe.. but shower in lukewarm water instead, as well as when you wash your face.  

 

Skin Care Hack #2: Layer your skincare products

It’s time to start layering your sweaters for this winter season, but it's also time to start layering your skin care products. No one likes chapped and dry lips. Your lips are more sensitive during the winter because they produce less natural oils than the rest of your face.
